Your initial results are phenomenal. I also find the main limitation is getting impressions. Biggest factor you didn’t include, what kind of ad campaigns are these – automatic targeting, broad keyword, keyword phrase, or exact keyword? There are unique strategies and results for each of those I’ve found.
