  1. 알바하다가 왼쪽 손못 다쳤다가 제때 치료못하고 일했더니 1년이 다 지나가는 상태인데 손목에 힘을 못주네요;;; 팔굽혀펴기하면 왼손으로 지탱을 못할정도.. 이걸로 도움되면 좋겠네요

  3. I tried the novel wrist movements on a day that my left wrist was not really bothering me…After having done the exercises, my wrist hurt me a lot. I found it very awkward and difficult to perform most of the movements.Several of them were down right painful.I am not sure that causing myself pain where there was none { at least at that moment) is beneficial.

  7. This is absolutely superb.

    I have another way of looking at these exercises. They stretch the opposing muscles when they are done, which is phenomenal. For example, palm down and curl hand and fingers, the top of the forearm gets a superb stretch. This is most beneficial.

    I agree that any novel movement idea does something with the neuromuscular system, fine tuning it. Yoga is a good example of the many different movement types which can activate both muscles and neurons, as well as stretch the opposing muscle group.

  8. Nice movements for a warmup! Somehow I did not have any problems with them initially, maybe these are not "novel" for me after handstand and high bar practice.

  9. Worked on these for about 4 weeks with medium consistency and already got improvements with nagging pain around my thumb. Thank you!

Thank you so much for putting this video on Youtube, I'm going to use this all the time and spread the word to other gamers like myself who feel pain after playing in a tournament for so long.

  12. my left wrist has a little pump when I bend it? and feel pain when I do push ups. Tried to cure it but nothing worked. Can you tell me how to fix it? Thanks
