hello everyone my name is Katrina and today I'm going to be sharing with you the books that I'm hoping to read in the month of November this is not my complete TBR I will be doing a separate video which should be up very very soon talking about the books that I'm hoping to read during the tome topple read-a-thon if you guys don't know about the time table read-a-thon it is a two week long read-a-thon where you aim to read books that are over 500 pages long I have been helping to co-host this read-a-thon for a while now I really really love it so excited we are back for another round in November so I will be talking about the books that I would like to read during the term topple a little later on in a different video but for today I'm gonna be showing with you the other books that I hope to read during the month the first book is a vengeful by ve Schwab this one would be perfect for the time table read-a-thon except for the fact that I need to finish it before it starts because I'm going to be because I'm reading this for the sassy book club and I will be in the Alive show to discuss vengeful I think in my October TBR I mistakenly said that the sassy book club book of the month was vicious but it is vengeful I apologize for that but yes I will be jumping into vengeful then reading this one and talking about it later on so I will have some links down below to the sassy book club social media so if you want to follow along and find out when the live show is and join us for that you can do that vengeful is the long-awaited sequel to vicious and being the second book in the series I'm not going to talk about the synopsis but the whole series is kind of about villains we have extraordinary –zz who are humans with supernatural abilities and in book one we have Victor and Eli who used to be best friends but now not so much they kind of want to kill each other vengeful is going to be continuing on the story which I'm so excited about another book club pick that I'm gonna be reading in November is girls of paper and fire by Natasha onion so this is the November book of the month for the book club that I co-host the name of the book we're gonna be reading this one during the month which I'm really really excited for in this world there is an asshole king I'm assuming we don't like him who every year chooses eight girls to be paper girls concubines that is until one year we have a ninth paper girl who joins the ranks so I think it's kind of about a bit of a Street as to why she has been chosen why there is nine paper girls this time but there's also gonna be a female female romance between two of the paper girls yeah we will be doing a live show for that as well so links to the name of the book club socials in the description too I recently finished watching Avatar The Last Airbender again it's probably actually no I can confidently say it is my favorite TV show of all time and I recently picked up parts 1 2 and 3 of Avatar The Last Airbender the promise so I've been holding off picking up these and just diving into the story and devouring it all until I finish tree watching the series so now that I have just completed the last episode I'm gonna be diving into these that I'm still excited about it I'm also really looking forward to I'm gonna be lending these out to Alex as well he also absolutely adores avatar and I told him that I picked these up and he got real excited so she's gonna be reading this month I'm so excited these characters I was going to talk about another book but that one I think I will probably read for the time table read-a-thon so this is all going to be talking about in this video thank you guys so much for watching I would love to hear about some of the books that you're excited to read during November leave those in the comment section below but that's all I have for now thank you for watching I'll see you in the next video but until then I will torture in the comments bye

  1. It's always worth re-watching Avatar TLA, I feel you. I've also re-watched it recently, and I've already read all the comics, and they're very worth it (especially The Search).

Also, completely unrelated, but Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell is an amazing book and it's sad that no one else talks about it and I'd love to hear you talking about it more often o/

  2. Having just finished the last of my classes for the year I can finally dive into books I just want to lose myself in. I picked up Restoration by Angela Slatter, the third Verity Fassbinder book. I adore this series – urban fantasy in Brisbane! I'm also looking forward to Tricks for Free by Seanan McGuire, the most recent in her Incryptid series.

  3. I’m going to be reading Crooked Kingdom, Nevernight (first time!!!) and Godsgrave this month, and maaaaaybe Wolves of the Calla by Stephen King. I can’t wait!!

  4. I think you recently hauled Nevermoor? I'm reading the sequel this month and it's just as wonderfully magical as the first!

  5. Hi Catriona! Just curious, I’ve been wanting to rewatch AtLA for soooo long now but I haven’t found a good forum to watch it on! How were you rewatching it? It is also one of my all time favorite shows!

  6. I have just watched Avatar for the first time this year and I loved it too. And I also read the first 2 sets of comics and loved them.
Also have you heard? There will be a novel coming out next year about avatar Kyoshi. I am definitely going to pick that up.

  7. I need to get on this Vicious/Vengeful hype, I don’t know why I haven’t!
This is a great tbr I hope you get to everything along with the tomes.
I’m partaking in the readathon and want to read Lair of Dreams. Not sure what else to read before then!

  8. I'm currently reading Pages & Co : Tilly and the Bookwanderers by Anna James and oh my it's literally the most perfect fall read. So warm and cozy ! Definitely a book for people who love books

  9. I'm reading the name of the Wind this month-that counts as over 500pgs right? ATLA is just a classic, I'm so glad you enjoyed your rewatch hun!

  10. Damn, the Girls of Paper and Fire one looks so pretty!!!! Aaah I wanna read that one now! I wanna read everything!! 😂😂

  11. Hi from France!! I 'm currently reading Girls of Paper and Fire and I'm liking it so far!!! Happy readings!!!!

  12. Girls of paper and fire sounds really interesting. Kind of reminds of an old movie called Raise the red lantern.

  13. I'm going to be reading the cruel prince by holly black and the darkest part of the forest by holly black as well. If i can get to it i will be reading Spinning Silver by Naomi Novik.

  14. I have the girls of paper and fire arc still 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve heard it so good I need to get it together!!

  15. I am waiting to read so bad but everything I pick up I can't sink into. I read the first chapter of strange the dreamer and loved it so much, but since I'm having major focusing issues I didnt want to commit. Tis the holidays season keeping me distracted.

  16. I'm hoping to read strange the dreamer this month. I don't know if it'll happen, I just had a baby a week and a half ago, but I'm gonna try.

  17. Great video and love to see what people are picking up in the months and reading. My daughter and I are going to buddy read Nevernight starting this week. I am also going to read A Darker Shade of Magic, I need to finish Strange Magic (not sure I am loving this book much) also Heir of Fire, Mud Vein, Otherworld (really loving more then I thought I would) and the Jungle Book.

  18. Im reading Bridge of clay by Markus Zusak. And after that I'm going to finish all of Carlos Ruiz Zafon books! ( definitely recommend by the way)

  19. Right now I am reading The Hunger Games trilogy. I haven't read these books for ages and I am bad for not picking these up.

  20. So excited for the Tome Topple readathon! I have accumulated way to many books over 500+ pages and I need to get to them!

  21. I really want to read Daughter of the Burning City, and Ace of Shades by Amanda Foody this month as part of the Fall Into Fantasy readathon!
